データベース移行

Herokuからdumpしてローカルにheroku_dumpデータベースを新設しリストアする

作り直すアプリはデータベース構造を変えるのでテーブルごとにダンプ・リストアする

データ数確認

heroku_dumpデータベースでテーブ名を変える
